Married, one son and he teaches high school English; he's going for his masters. We have two puppers, a Sheltie (Holly) and Mal-Shih (Toby).

I love the little scrapper looking one at the bottom. Although Shelties are very elegant looking dogs I think.

I have to say that I am thrilled with how many people that I have linked up with again and have found their way here.

As you know all of us were on the boards here and there. Many of us connected at times
On a board.
So it is great to see the lot at one place of friendship and comfort.

Sally, my sentiments exactly. Sandy helped me a lot on the old support board, and I'm happy to be here.

We are going to be building a home starting this month, as soon as they get the wiring done in the ground. So, I won't be online as much for a few months. Clearing out our current home, selling it and building will take up a lot of time.

Thanks Sandy, that scrappy little fellow is so smart. He perches himself on the top of my shoulders when I'm reading or watching television. Wink

We have a baby gate in the family room, which does us no good, because he knows how to open it and close it. lol

Oh my goodness, my old Katie used to sit on my shoulders too. She was a Yorkshire Terrier.

She was brought up with an old cat that was larger than her and she learnt to do all the things cats do, like climbing and sleeping on the backs of the sofa and chairs. God, I miss her.

I've had two. After Katie went, I bought my Bayley.

When he went I didn't want another Yorkie because it's so hard to keep their long fur clean, and also it's a pain having to take them to the clippers.

So my youngest GD begged me to get a Chihuahua. Which I did.
