In Memory of my brother who passed away in 2011

Andre was my favourite brother and he always had this competition with my sister to see who managed to call me first on New Years day.

We spoke almost every fortnight, either by phone or via Skype and I do miss hearing his voice and his cheekiness so much.

I'm forever grateful for our Skype sessions; especially in the end as we shared some real private, yet profound moments.

It was so sad that such a lovely man had to go too soon.

Lovely tribute to your brother, Martha. It's wonderful to have special relationship with a favorite brother. Awwwww the memories!!!  What was his personality like?

Thanks Sandy I found heaps of templates for free that one can use like this. His son is growing up so much now and has my brother's cheekiness I've been told. He's also left handed like my brother.

Thanks Dazzal and my brother's personality was one of open, loving, caring awareness. He always found the joy's of life instead of dwelling on the sad, negatives. He remarried in his early 50s and his new wife gave him his only child; a son to carry on the family name. Sadly his son was only 9 weeks old when my brother passed away from liver cancer.

That is sad Martha. I'm glad you had some happy years with him. He sounded like a wonderful man.
