This is usually due to one of two reasons.

1) You haven't got your Date of Birth completely filled in, which the system requires. - The details of this will not show to anyone but yourself - Do not get it confused with "Birthday" which is optional and will show in your mini profile.

2) If you are editing in quick mode from your "View Profile" page you may have forgotten to click the green tick next to each edit.
